Honour Your New Year's Resolution in 2012

So what is your new year's resolution? If it includes getting fit and healthy then the Resolution Run (January, 2012) may be the perfect start to the new year.

SA - Starting inside the Adelaide Zoo, Adelaide    Friday January 13, 2012 (6-6.30pm Start - Twilight Event)

The Resolution Run is a chance for Australians to join with friends and make a positive, healthy start to the New Year. Walk or run to do something for yourself and help your selected charity at the same time. Which organisation will you support?

While doing something terrific for yourself you have the opportunity to assist your nominated charity. Select an organisation that means something to you. In 2011, Greg McEwan did exactly that. He raised $920 for CanTeen and also lost 40kg through his training. What a positive start to a new year! Greg's fundraising has helped numerous others and his dedication towards a new lifestyle (that included a better diet and regular exercise) has given him a new lease on life.

With both short and medium course options, the Resolution Run caters for people at all stages of their fitness journey. Each year, walkers, runners (and those who like to do a little of both) take on the challenge of the Resolution Run.- what better way to get active after a festive Christmas and New Year.
